Richard Smith Concert

Friends of the Carpenter, a non-profit day center for the vulnerable citizens of our community, is proud to promote our benefit concert by hosting Richard Smith from Nashville, TN.

This is our 2nd year hosting Richard, and based upon last year, you will want to get your tickets early as we can only seat 60 this year.

Born in Beckenham in 1971, Internationally acclaimed guitarist Richard Smith is a veteran road dog sometimes referred to as "The hardest-working man in the biz." His solo show is a showcase of guitar virtuosity and versatility. With a repertoire from Bach to the Beatles to enchanting ballads and snappy Sousa marches, audiences will delight when world-renowned fingerstyle guitarist Richard Smith returns, by popular demand, with a solo concert in Vancouver, WA, on May 31, 2024.

There will be one show on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Friends of the Carpenter Friendship Center, which will provide comfortable seating, great views, free parking, and simple refreshments. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with general admission seating limited to 60 attendees. Tickets are $30 (with no ticket service charge!) and are available at Brown Paper Ticket (link)
